If you're trying to lower your payment while keeping great coverage (or getting better), she's definitely the one to call. "Since my review was deleted ill go again... negative -0 stars... when you go in to ask question about claim at madison office an he gets hateful an yelling comes around his desk at my mom saying I hate listening to people complaining an wanting stuff took care of an slinging arms around like he is going to hit someone. Sir I think thats your job if you dont like it quit an find a new one. Very unprofessional no one went in their loud or out of line an your just went off like a crazy man corporate needs to pay u a visit... you couldn't pay me to have your insurance give qoute for $700 to have a toyota door fixed that the collision place even lol... about."

"I was with progressive for 4 years and I just bought for Xmas gift to myself in Dec 2024! I got a BMW X1 M35i !!!! And at first I was paying like 330$ bc my gap was through them so it made it alittle higher but I had a 1500$ deductibles I trusted my driving but not anyone esle so 1500$ deductibles, 2 of them! This State Farm office has been calling me for a couple years but I always blew them off. Hannah sent me a work of 177$ with my renters insurance !"
